The HighPoint RocketRAID 1544 is a 4-channel External Serial ATA (e.SATA) RAID host adapter. The 4 channels can be used independently, or combined to support a variety of single-disk and RAID configurations. The external channels are ideal for removable storage and backup applications, and are designed for use with SATA external disk enclosures.
The RocketRAID 1544 provides multi level RAID support, including RAID 0, 1, 0/1, JBOD, as well as powerful software management functions.
